I believe there’s no wrong way for you to “do” therapy. Come as you are. That’s where we can begin.
Therapy with me is collaborative and my approach is warm yet direct.
Together, we can seek answers about older patterns, and at the same time address day-to-day challenges you experience. I work with a wide variety of issues but my specialties center around the complexities of identity and relationships. This includes how you feel about and treat yourself.
I work especially well with cognitive, cerebral types, and critical thinkers.
One of my specialties is with “people pleasers and perfectionists” -individuals who are extra conflict avoidant, are hard on themselves, or have a tough inner critic.
